Mending Moods Meditate And Live Longer
According to a study published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine, people who practice a form of meditation called ";TM"; have levels of an age related hormone (DHEA-S) similar to people who are five to ten years younger. Men with high levels of the hormone have less heart disease and lower mortality rates while women with high levels have less breast cancer and osteoporosis. |
